Sunlink International creates a new era for GPS service operation

On 14 June 2008, the 3rd Chinese GPS Service Operators Symposium 2008 co-organized by Sunlink International Holdings Limited was held at Bureau of Communications of Shenzhen Municipality’s Jiaotong Huiwu Center. The symposium is the highest level conference for Chinese GPS service operators, and attracted over 100 companies, including personnel from transport management authorities from different regions, representative from GPS industry, GPS service operators, GPS device manufacturers, etc.

During the summit forum, Sunlink International’s executive director and chief technical officer, Mr. Liu Shun Keung and project director, Mr. Roger Tien shared the company’s experience in new GPS service operation consortium model. Themed with “GPS service operation consortium, the way forward”, their speech was well received by all participants.

On the second day of the event was a round table meeting named “Winning asset – the future of Chinese GPS operators” initiated by Sunlink International. Mr. Gary Mui was invited to explain and discuss on topics such as how to facilitate industrial development for operators through capital operation. The venue was crowded with highly enthusiastic participants. Some companies even agreed on intents for cooperation on the spot.
