Intelligent Transportation System in Macau
(Hong Kong, 5 February 2007) ---- Sunlink mSolutions Limited (¡§Sunlink mSolutions¡¨) (one of the subsidiary of Sunlink International Holdings Limited (HKSE code: 2336) announced today signed a cooperation agreement with Macau University of Science and Technology (¡§MUST¡¨) and CASTEL SpaceiNET (Macao) Communications Co., Ltd. (¡§CASTEL SpaceiNET¡¨) on 18 January 2007 to jointly establish an Intelligent Transportation System research laboratory, aiming at promoting the application and research of Intelligent Transportation System in Macau.
According to the cooperation agreement, Sunlink mSolutions and CASTEL SpaceiNET will provide MUST with the software and hardware of Intelligent Transportation System for research and development purposes. Besides, they will also provide the research team of MUST with regular training and technical support for research development. Latest technology of Intelligent Transportation System will also be applied to further develop an Intelligent Transportation System that is suitable to Macau.
